Does pricing include delivery?No.Delivery fees will be listed on your invoice as a separate charge. Delivery charges are calculated based on mileage, tolls and set up requirements.

Does receiving a quote reserve my order?No. Rental items are not secure until a deposit is made to your order. We do allow up to 7 days for you to make a deposit before cancelling out your quote.

When should I reserve my item(s)?We recommend that clients reserve their order at the time they receive their quote. We cannot guarantee availability on your items until a deposit has been made to your order.

How much is my deposit?Deposits are 50% of your total order. Final payment is due 14 days prior to your event. Events booked within a 14 day period will require full payment upon receiving their invoice.

What is your cancellation policy?Orders cancelled more than 14 days prior to your event can reschedule services one time within a 180 day period. Orders cancelled within 14 days of their event will forfeit full services without refund. Simply Luxe Events is not responsible if the clients forwarding date is unavailable. There are no refunds on any orders. Simply Luxe Events is not responsible to accommodate any request if the client chooses to cancel their event in its entirety.
